Here is a small collection of cakes that we consider to be extra special. They’re available in both 8 and 6 rounds. Feel free to request  a written greeting with your order. Signature cakes are made exactly as pictured and are priced  accordingly, thus if you require something where you get to have a little more input, please refer to our Build-Your-Own-Cake Menu. 


 

 

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT

Dark cocoa and semi sweet chocolate chunks, topped off with a peppermint vegan
buttercream, chopped chocolate 
and colourful royal icing drop flowers.

Ingredients: Flour blend (*garbanzo bean, potato starch, *sorghum, tapioca), sugar, soy milk, canola oil,
semi-sweet chocolate chunks, dark cocoa powder, xanthan gum, pure vanilla extract, baking powder, salt. Frosting: Confectioner’s sugar, non-hydrogenated margarine and vegetable shortening, soy milk, pure peppermint extract, artificial colour. Our most popular cake! A light and refreshing lemon base covered in rich, full-flavoured coconut frosting, garnished with unsweetened flaked coconut, fresh lemon zest and coarse white sugar to give it that bit of sparkle it deserves. This one is pretty special. 

Ingredients: Flour blend (*garbanzo bean, potato starch, *sorghum, tapioca), sugar, soy milk, canola oil,lemon zest, cider vinegar, xanthan gum, pure lemon extract, sodium bicarbonate, baking powder, salt. Frosting:  Confectioner’s sugar, non-hydrogenated margarine and vegetable shortening, soy milk, unrefined organic coconut oil.


 

OVER THE RAINBOW

We’re over the moon about this over-sized rainbow confection, measuring 15 in length, available in vanilla or chocolate and covered in heaps of colourful vanilla buttercream.  Feeds approximately 25 – 30 hungry bellies. Fondant greeting banner included.

DARK CHOCOLATE RED DEVIL
