Let’s be honest, gluten-free bread takes a lot of bad heat. Often dry, crumbly, flavourless and packed with all sorts of questionable ingredients, it leaves something to be desired. Tulip Baroo takes bread-making seriously, taking time to create each recipe until that perfect product is achieved. We like to keep it simple by using real, quality ingredients, by trying to limit or omit the use of gums, and by steering clear of un-healthy fats and refined sugars. Whole Grain Chia Hemp Bread

A dense, hearty bread packed with ground chia seeds, hemp hearts and psyllium husks. This healthy hunk of love is made without the use of any starches or gums.

Free of gums, this bread is made from our very own live sourdough culture, offering up a complex flavour and chewy texture that you will not find in any other gluten-free bread. Our sourdough also has a substantially longer shelf-life than other GF non-sourdough breads and will stay fresh on your counter top if stored properly. A must try!
